Aaron Weinstein currently serves as LA Metro’s Executive Officer for Customer Experience and was previously the Chief Marketing Officer for BART, where among other things he was the lead designer for a $3 billion order of new rail cars popularly known as the Fleet of the Future. Aaron has three decades of experience bringing the voice of the customer into decisions about transit products and services. He is a former chair of the APTA Marketing and Communications Committee where he developed national customer service competitions for call center staff and bus operators.
