I'm part of the Customer Service Team at the Champaign-Urbana Mass Transit District (MTD) located in Urbana, IL. I've been with the District for a little over three years, and this is my first position in transit.
In addition to responding to customer feedback, as a Customer Support Specialist, I often work with our Special Services Manager to identify, organize, and participate in community outreach opportunites. We help different groups learn about ways they can benefit from MTD's services, show them how to ride, and demonstrate the tools we have available to get more information.
