Brittany Hoffman is a Public Information Specialist with Valley Metro in Phoenix, Arizona. She provides service communications to riders, and internal and external stakeholders, through a variety of channels. She is the main voice on all Valley Metro social networks to provide service updates and agency information. She is also a co-host of two agency podcasts, including Storylines, the public-facing podcast telling stories about the communities we serve and how changes in transportation are impacting residents.
