Jessica Olson is the communications manager at Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority in Dayton, Ohio. She leads the agency’s advertising and communications strategy and execution for both internal and external customers. Since joining the agency in 2015, she’s grown their social media presence and engagement ten-fold, as well as helped promote community engagement. Her team manages RTA’s internal communications app, Info Hub, which launched in 2017.
