Melissa Chrisman serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Trinity Metro in Fort Worth, Texas. Trinity Metro is the public transit agency providing safe and reliable transportation to the residents of Tarrant County through 39 bus routes, Trinity Railway Express (TRE) rail service between downtown Fort Worth and downtown Dallas, Trinity Metro TEXRail rail service between downtown Fort Worth and DFW International Airport, and on-demand, geographically based ride-share services – Trinity Metro ZIPZONES. As the Vice President of Marketing and Communications, she oversees all marketing initiatives, internal and external communications, media relations, brand management, community outreach, and the EASYRIDE discount pass program. Since joining Trinity Metro in 2017, Melissa has overseen the agency’s rebrand from “The T” to Trinity Metro in 2018 and has been involved in the launch of several new services including TEXRail, The Dash electric bus service between downtown Fort Worth and the Cultural District, and four ZIPZONES. Before working in Fort Worth, she was the business development manager for Connect Transit in Normal, IL.
